Our efforts, since the opening of Laurel Crest in 1994, have included conducting preliminary market and financial feasibility analyses, developing operating pro-formas, development consulting and pre-opening marketing.
Currently, we provide ongoing operations, marketing and management and development consulting services to ensure Laurel Crest’s operational sustainability for years to come.
A 34-bed special care building and a new campus-wide master plan are among the projects we recently completed for Laurel Crest.
