A for-profit independent and assisted living community located in historic downtown Fayetteville, North Carolina, Heritage Place is being redeveloped to ensure the community remains at the forefront of the changing market and a preferred option for both current and future residents.
In addition to overseeing all aspects of the expansion and renovation effort, we have also provided initial feasibility and development services and managed all day-to-day operations and marketing for the community.
