Richard Finn provides the leadership and creative vision to ensure that each community creates positive memorable experiences in a hospitality focused environment. Finn has created a service culture that allows his operational teams to explore new opportunities which engage the mind, body and spirit.

Finn holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Rochester Institute of Technology and has earned the prestigious Certified Aging Service Professional (CASP) designation from the University of North Texas. Prior to joining Banyan, Finn has 30 years of progressive management experience with a large health care system in the Northeast as well as 15 years of hospitality service with the Walt Disney World Company in Orlando, Florida.
